The Fetal Alcohol Syndrome Treatment & Education Centre Inc. (FASTEC) is a non-profit registered charity that was established in 2001. FASTEC offers free services and supports to individuals and families affected by Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD).

The John M. Parrot Learning Centre provides an area for our clients to work on upgrading their education in areas of math and English, as well as working on life and social skills.
